We hope you LOVE your Enver items but if they don't work please read our return policy so you know what to expect.
We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customer is responsible for the shipping + handling of all returns.
•Refunds- We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund. If you choose to not purchase Seel Return Assurance, you may still be eligible for store credit or exchange (see below for eligibility). You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance here.
•Store Credits- Eligible on non-final sale items when postmarked within 30 days of being delivered.
•Sale Items- All sale items are FINAL SALE, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund. If you choose not to purchase Seel Return Assurance, your sale items are FINAL SALE. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance here. Sale items are not eligible for store credits, or size exchanges. Any final sale items sent back will be marked return to sender and will be subject to additional shipping costs, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance
Products must be in perfect condition, unworn, tags still attached, and without smell of smoke or dog hair to be accepted. If we get an item that does not meet these standards and is not in the same condition as we sent we will not accept your return & you will be responsible to either pay for us to ship it back to you or we will discard it and customer will not get any return credit.
The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of all returned items. • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs. • We HIGHLY recommend keeping your tracking number for your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages. This will also allow you to know when your return has made it to us. You will not get a notification from us when we receive your return.
Please give us 3-7 days to process your return + then you will get notification when a store credit is issued or your exchange has been made.
Cancel an order: If you place an order and ask us to cancel the order for a refund we will be refunding you 15% less than the total was to cover fees that occur on our end when we pay processing fees. There is no exception to this.
